I don't have a Bob but I did something similar on my '05 1200C. I had a 21" spoke up front and a 16" in the rear. I now have a slightly wider 21" magup front and an 18"Smoothiein the rear with a 170 tire. Got my wheels and tires from Hogpro who sell nothing but top notch stuff and have excellent customer service. You might want to check out my gallery for ideas and head over to Hogpro's website. I have 07 Bob with 07 FXD wheels straight trade.

i will trade u for my 06' mags if u wanna. let me know. i have the stock 06' Superglide mags. not sure if that is what u are looking for, but i was looking at getting spokes for mine.

 

Wheels that will be a direct fit should be fairly easy to find and not that expensive, or you might even find someone that will do a straight swap with you. I bought some mags off a super glide that was the same year as mine and sent them off to get chromed. You could just as easily send them off for powdercoat if chrome is not your thing. All in all, a hell of a lot cheaper than buying aftermarket wheels.
