05 FXDI, maybe hole in fuel line. Slight surge at steady throttle, and will not start with fuel pump fuse removed. Parts manual does not show separate fuel line, parts guy at dealer said I would have to get new fuel pump assembly just to get the fuel line. Anyone ever get just the fuel line? Is the pump assembly considered part of the emission system and under the 5 year warranty for that? Thanks..

 

I have purchased a new fuel line, that is braided. It's very easy to change in about 10 or 15 minutes.

 

I forgot to say that the fuel line in the shop I go to has it in the FXD/ DYNA area.

 

I have an 05 dyna parts manual it shows part number61016-04 asfuel pump w/ end cap, fuel line & elbow. Does not list fuel line seperately

 

hey soup48 are you talking about the fuel linethat goes under the fuel tank, above the front cylinder? i think the fuel line in question is inside the fuel tank attached to the fuel pump.
