RE: How hard would it be to straighten this tank?
I want a wide glide tank so I can get that damn speedo off my risers and in the tank where it belongs..... The one pictured isfor2005 -2006 wg which i think will work on my 05sg!
I don't really care what the tank is off as long as it will fit and work on my bike and it's cut out for a speedo and dash!

I don't know what "bodyman": you're talking about. I work at a bodyshop and if you want that to look good it's gonna be more than an hour to get it ready for paint. That's some thick shlt all wadded up like that. Once you pull it you'll have to shrink it and peck all the high spots all around that dent out and it'd be damn impossible to get a dolly in there to bang it out right. You'll have a nasty amount of mud on that one side and always a chance of pinholes and solvent soak in and all sorts of nasty cr ap. If your "bodyman" fixed that in an hour and brought it me in paint shop I'd tell him to kiss my as s. Any "bodyman" at all even if it's your best buddy won't fix that for an hour. Come on man ... shoot him straight. I'd be cheaper to buy a new tank than to bring that wadded up cr ap to where I work and have it fixed right. If someone out there has a nice set of vivid black or olive pearltins for a street bob I'd be willing to trade for some cash and my orange ones.

But it looks like a new tank would be cheaper.
