I had the same experience as EntourageE last weekend. I filled the tank a little more than usual but still not over the metal insert in the tank. The next few times I started up (short hauls) I got the noise. After I burned some gas it stopped. My service manager told me on the phone that overfilling the tank COULD put a strain on the fuel pump.
