Default Tank Bag

Looking for a tank bag or something similar to keep my camera and other stuff handy without getting off the bike.
I haven't seen anything made specifically for HD. Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks,
Joe

Yea, I know what you mean Blade68. That's why I was looking for suggestions. I like to keep a few things handy when riding. Thanks for the link.

Get a fork bag. Tank bags are tough on your paint if even a little bit of dirt gets on it.

I have one of those magnetic tank bags, but girls must have bags.[&o] I'm careful to not slide the magnets around and my bike is older and rough anyway.

I threw the thing in RaftGyde's messy tourpak to lock it up a couple of weeks ago and when I went to grab it out, a lot of movement happened in there. With it came an assortment of a ratchet, extension, a couple of wrenches, and a set of keys. Hey, the magnets can come in handy!

Get a fork bag. Tank bags are tough on your paint if even a little bit of dirt gets on it.
Thats an issue with just about any bag, with the exception of hard mounted saddles...The fork bags muff up the triple trees, throw overs mangle the fender paint, etc.

This one might work and it's shown mounted on a 1200C - I know where your coming from here; I like to keep a camera handy - depending on your riser/bar configuration, you could mount a soft fork bag on the backside of your handlebars.I have one w/ a velcro closure which makes it little safer to rumage through at speed.

EXL tank bags on ebay are cheap and expandable. I used mine on the trip across PA route 6. Very handy and has shoulder strap and backpack strap. The MB 45 is a good deal. 60 bucks and available in all black.

I use a fork bag or a backpack. I try to keep things off the tank, a fancy pack works as well and it is always on you.

I use an HD tool bag that i converted to a windshield bag... soft inside.. keeps everything dry and from floating around.. even keep different sets of glasses in there for day and night riding.. works like a charm and isnt mounted to the metal portions of the bike which translates to NO rub or rash on the metal
