Has anybody used the headbridge covers? I was thinking about installing a pair either the chrome or finned ones, just wondering if anybody had any luck with them and if the plugs would be removable without takeing them off? If you look in the Harley Acc. catalog every bike they show customized has them installed, but I never saw them on any bikes on the road yet. I figured I would ask before I drop more cash on this bike considering I vowed I wouldn't spend any more money on her.

RE: Headbridge Covers
I got the black finned ones. Very nice and no problems removing/changing/checking your plugs. Just make sure you line them (spark plugs) up straight before you start to screw them in or you'll run the risk of stripping the threads on the heads.
Doesn't that motor look sooo much better with them?
Thanks for the response, they do look pretty nice. Mine is the silver motor andI was thinking about putting the chrome headbolt brigde on mine part # 43858-00 . If I had the black motorI would most likely go with the finned ones...
I have the black ones and I like the look. My original intent was to remove the cowbell horn over and leave the jugs exposed; then Metsal Mike powercoated mine.
