Do the oil pan bolts need washers?

But when the Dust Settles (where the rubber meets the road ), the 4741A does in fact include a captive washer ... just like Uncle Larry and Harley_ish already stated

Btw, here's a 4741A with "SEM" included on the printed description

Here is another thing.. If using screws that aren't patched (I would) a little blue and torque to 80 in-lbs. Spec is probably 90 in-lb to 120 or 150..
