Default LePera Bare Bones for 06+ Dyna

Well I wrote LePera to see if they had a bare bones seat for the late model Dyna. I received an e-mail back today with some pics. Looks like this will be my next purchase when I get home. I love the looks of this seat.

I didn't get a price quote but if memory recalls, it's less than what I spent on my HD brawler solo. As for comfort, I heard they rate up there with my current seat, not much for long hauls but looks cool[8D]. Regardless, I've put 1500+ miles on my **** with the brawler within 3 days and I survived (I did walk funny for a couple days later). I can't imagine the bare bones being much worse.

Why are you switching from the Brawler? Is the LaPera lower?

CC Seats also has a good option...http://www.ccseats.com/dyna.htm

That's the seat I'm running. Set me back $150 + shipping from e-bay. It rides as good as my stocker to me.

The bare bones looks great, but I read that the silhouette is just as nice and more comfortable.

It is a great looking seat.

How does the seat compare to the Brawler regarding comfort. I am also considering the seat. My 3 options at the moment are the Le Pera bare bones, the HD brawler, and the C and C Low Pro.

I had a LePera Bare bones on my Fatboy and the seat was uncomfortable. I liked the look so I went with the Brawler and it is much better. Still not a seat for all day riding but certainly better than the LePera Bare Bones for me anyway.
