Default 2014-17 Lowrider & Low Rider S

As everyone knows, the previous LR thread was retired. Who on the Forum has a 2014-17 Lowrider or Low Rider S? Bought mine May 2015 and still have it. Approaching 44K miles.

Yesterday I traded in the Night Train and the 03 Dyna on a 16 Low Rider with only 4000 miles.

A 2015 Low Rider with close to 44,000 miles. WOW, a garage queen. Me, 2007 FXDB 106,000 on my 2nd speedometer, couldn't get the mileage transferred.

Sadly, I live in IL and have about a 6-7 month riding season. Use mine mostly to commute to work and run errands on the weekends.

I'm from Bolingbrook, IL, came here to Dallas in Jan 09. Back then I rode 12 months a year with only snow & ice on the road stopping me . . . till that crap melted. Thank GOD for Gerbing Heated gloves! It's just a matter of how much do YOU feel ya need to ride.

Been riding since 1978. It is starting to lose its appeal. Add in all the a-holes pulling out in front of you. Distracted drivers.

I started riding in 1966. Ya just gotta think EVERY TIME you turn on the ignition, you and your bike become invisible to 98% of the traffic around you. Always play the What If. Look at the traffic around you. What if the truck on the right pulls in front of me??? ALWAYS look for a safe escape route.

I do mostly mountain riding, so deer are more of an issue than cars...my wife's 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. $8K in damage. You don't want to see the pictures of me in the hospital after hitting a deer 10 years ago on my 2011 FLHTK...that's why I now have the 2013 FLHTK...
