Thug Style / Club Style Dyna pic's. Part Deux

Good info! It's weird though, my Street Bob didn't come with them, and I have never seen a Street Bob with them either, just poking around the internet the only pics I could find were of '16 Special Edition models sporting chrome covers.
The MoCo says the part numbers you provided were used on all these models:

I had a 2009 Street Bob and used a set of rear strut covers from a 2008 Super Glide with no fitment issues.

So, what about Switchback covers? They don't have the turn-signal stalk provision (which I'd have to cover up)? Will they fit? 12-16 Harley Davidson Dyna Switchback Right & Left Rear Fender Struts Support | eBay

I've been thinking about lowering my bike 1". When I originally decided to do the suspension, I was thinking go big or go home as I do for just about everything and went +2 up front and 14" in the rear. Obviously, I have never dragged anything being that high, but I also can't really get flat footed when stopped, despite being 6'1". What do you guys think about sliding my fork legs up in the trees an inch? Any reasons why that'd be a bad idea?
