What did you do to your Dyna today? ** Part 2 **

Finished up the brake line, did a quick swap with the new line full and didn’t have too much trouble bleeding. After the new line the was installed, found that with the master cover removed, a slight bump of the lever (3/4”) and air bundles streamed out. Flicked that bastard like a 13 year old. That and a few rounds of standard bleeding and she’s tight.
Also, found (from an old post here) that the stock riser bolts are a touch too long for the new risers, had a wicked vibration at 2.4-2.6k. Found some shorter bolts and finally was able to fully seat the biscuits.
New seat is a peach, never had a bad CC rider seat.
Pretty much done until winter, going to run a 3 hole change and enjoy the fall riding. Need to tighten up the budget for a winter motor build.

Finally got around to doing my dual brakes up front. Basically just did an entire front end rebuild.
neck bearings
fork rebuild
11/16 mc
r6 calipers
speed merchant brackets
bareknuckle rotors
ebc pads
brandxspeedshop.com custom color/length brake lines
fresh powdered lowers
powdered all spacers black as well
also wired up my baja pod lights, threw a new rear tire on and serviced my chain.

@Dynawobble, your bike looks amazing! I'm curious to know whether you made or bought the saddlebags and mounts. I wish I had your talent...

Finished up the service and added 3.5” pull back risers. Turn signals were touching the gas cap/fuel gauge, now she’s a little crossed-eyed until I can budget some smaller signals.
Started the service Friday night and was waiting for the clutches to cool before adjusting. After work Saturday did the adjustment then filled the primary with my last quart of F+, didn’t realize I left the drain plug out, tried catching the remainder but too late. MFF.
All good now and the clutch feels much better, with a middle release, before adjusting it was right at the bar.
Pic sucks as I was a bit pressed for time.

Although I love the Woods cams, I'm not too particular about the Knight Prowler lifters.. I had a set of them and they ended up getting noisy within a few thousand miles.. Not real loud but loud enough where it was annoying and for what they cost I don't care how much spring pressure or lift you got They should be able to withstand it but they didn't.. I ended up taking them back out and put the S&S precision back in and still use them to this day with the Woods 888 cams.. I even used them with the T-Man 660 cam without issue..
I hope you have better luck with them than I did and yes I set them to 0.140"....
