Just taking it out for a spin after putting it back together and while it's above 45.

 

Rode to work last Thursday and heard a new sound Got home and was looking it over....My breather bolts snapped inside the cylinder. Luckily, I have an extractor that fits perfect so I'm hoping they come out easily lol

Just ordered new bolts. Guess I over tightened them 3 years ago

 

New here, however nice garage…

 

Luckily these came out with little to no effort 💪

A small update on my Deuce rear wheel install. I managed to find a nos rubber seal and it turns out it fits the Dyna rear pulley too. A big thanks to @multihdrdr for enlightening me on the issue of waterproofing the pulley install.



The wheel is already installed on the bike, with a Bridgestone 170/60-17 tire that clears the belt with 1/8".

The install was quite trouble free, I had to get the caliper bracket in the right position before installing the brake disc but after that it was smooth sailing.

I will post photos of the final result later.
