What did you do to your Dyna today? ** Part 2 **

Installed some DIY 1" riser extensions with stuff from the hardware store, 2 ea 1/2 ID 5/8 OD 1" spacers, 5/8 ID 7/8 OD 1" spacers, 1/2-13 x 3.5" bolts. (3.75 would be better but HW stores generally don't carry those), works OK and puts the handlebars where I want them, 2" risers were too low, 4" too high for me.

The foot is finally healed enough to wear shoes and I could get the Dyna off the lift and the Softail on. The Bitubo fork carts give the bike quite the gangster lean even with the 2" block. Sag with my fat *** in the saddle is right in spec, but unladen I need to add about ~8mm but can't because I'm at the bottom of the adjustment. Oh well, I don't know why unladen sag is a thing anyway.

I don't know why unladen sag is a thing either. Makes no sense to me.
Have you ever written up an unbiased comparison of the dyna vs the new era softails? Every time that comes up it seems like the dyna guys say dynas are actually better, and the softail guys say theirs are better. I'm wondering what someone that rides both of them thinks.
