I replaced the Screamin Eagle air cleaner with the S&S Stealth. I modified the SE plate for an external breather and have always hated it. The hoses have to come off the front and rub the filter. The filter doesn't seal right without the internal breather hoses either.

The internal breather passages in the S&S are between 7/64" and 1/8". Close enough for a 6-32 tap. I plugged the holes with a 5/16 long set screw and red Loctite. The best part is the hole can be tapped through the breather bolt bores. There's no way the set screws can fall in the intake.

SE and S&S backplates. I don't know why Harley didn't bore breather passages in the plate like they did with the touring models.

I finally got to use the Joker Machine cover I snagged for $20.

I want to get a Brembo RCS 15 for my front Brembo bagger caliper.

I did a search, but want to be 100% sure:

Will I need a 11.8” front rotor vice 11.5”?

Which micro switch do I need for a 2009 FXDL? Open or closed type?

I plan to order the following parts:

Brembo RCS 15
Brembo reservoir kit
10mm banjo bolt
mirror clamp

Well, you really need a 12.1", but who makes those? ... that is if you're using the bagger (& v-rod) brembos directly on your 06-later dyna sliders.

The pads will hang off the 11.8 and really hang off the 11.5

The RCS15 will come with a banjo and it should be a single. For a mirror bracket I would strongly suggest TTI Mirror Clamp For Brembo 19mm RCS – Lyndall Brakes it is MUCH cleaner than the Brembo bracket and will fit the RCS15.

BTW, nice clean work on the chain and swingarm! Maybe in 2025 I'll do a swingarm too?

Edit: go to KurveyGirl they sell a Brembo specific switch that can be wired both ways, it's frigging awesome!

@mte78 I just found these yesterday and am pretty sure they'd work with the RCS19/15 Gap Filler for Beringer Hand Controls | Mymachinistdesigns I may have to get a set and give it a try.

I have a 12.6 on it now. I wonder how others got that caliper to work with the smaller rotor?
