This picture is a bit deceiving the way the tape is hanging over but it's lined up with the edge of the widest part. Eyeballing between 6 3/8" and 6 1/2"

It is engraved and then I think it's an epoxy or something as it has that kinda feel to it.

Tires with the same nominal width can vary quite a bit in actual width from different brands and models.

Right now I'm running a Bridgestone 170/60-17 om my 2002 Dyna, that tire is 168 mm wide and fits with around 2 mm space to the belt. When its time to change that tire I would like to try a 160/70-16 to get a slightly higher profile, but dont want a tire that is less than 160 mm wide.

Metzeler tires are usually a bit wider than what the numbers say, thats why I was curious

Dual Brembo GP4-RS caliper, RCS19 master, Elite MotoTech clutch lever conversion done. Anyone considering going with dual Brembo calipers up front don't cheat yourself by staying with the MoCo master, this setup is night and day! Granted, it's a pretty big change in appearance but I'm loving it!

So sick! I cheaped out and scored a pair of R6 108mm calipers for 90 bucks so I could run an 11/16 mc which I have a couple of. The 11/16 mc isn't big enough to use with the m4s all though a lot of people do. Your set up is mint!

Yeah, if you're cutting things that close, an actual measurement is the only way to go.

Hmmm.. So, the tolerance here is about +/- 1.6mm... Still cutting it pretty close!

I ordered front & rear drag motor mounts through revzilla. The rear mount was so twisted I couldn't believe it. Revzilla was easy to deal with on the return. They wanted some pictures but they sent me a return label after that. Unfortunately they wouldn't ship a new one until the return was complete and the rear mount is now the last piece of my puzzle so i ordered an oem from Ronnie's (as far as I can tell.) Still have a lot to do but I did get the front motor mount in today and slapped new pads in my rear m4.
