Grammong, Which throttle tension are you using? I've seen two. One slips over your star throttle tensioner. The other is a 1/4 turn replacement and that one is $85.

 

i have the iso grips with the throttle rocker i love it as i have arthritis it really helps also loosen your grip and try to relax a little that will help a lot

 

I also have and use the Kuryakin Throttle Boss and love it dearly. It took the wrist cramps and other problems right away.

Totally agree with the Kuryakin Iso Grips with Throttle Boss. Great combination for comfort. Sinceit has been installed, the pain inmy right hand/wristhas improved a lot.

 

I use the one that slips over the tensioner nut. Cheap but effective.
