2. There is a difference between jiggling goggles and jiggling vision.
3. Could be a helmet issue.
4. Fairing or non fairing?
5. Windshield or no windshield?
6. Wind buffeting?
7. What type of helmet? Full face? 1/2 or 3/4 helmet?
8. Goggles under a visor?
9. Many factors could be your problem. However, do not expect a good answer if you do not supply good information.
10. Yeah could be a motor mount, replace them.
11. Could be a tire out of balance, probably should replace them also.
Get back to us with answers to the above questions and maybe we will get back to you with some more suggestions to help you out with your issue.

First thought. Air flow over the bike. Sometimes it is direct air, sometimes other. If you place one arm in front of your chest and try to block air coming up from the front of the seat, That may help you determine the direction of the air causing the problem. Narrowing down the source could help us help.
