I believe the pewter denim was recently discovered to be the fastest color.
It's so damn fast you can't even see your own reflection in it.

>>>If black was extra-cost what would be the standard (no extra cost) color? Or would HD make all colors extra-cost? lol <<<

Some butt ugly color will be standard. As soon as they find out you'll pay for black, they're going to get out all the old paint they have (you know...the crap they couldn't sell), and that'll be the standard color. My guess would be black cherry. I've got one, and it's one butt ugly bike.
They already found it and put it on the 105 anniversary edition. them colors do not look good together must have went in the back and all they could find was copper and black[sm=outcold.gif]they need to take who ever picked this out back for a good ole [sm=icon_beat.gif]

Black is the only color for a HARLEY... IMO there are alot of other cool custom and factory colors but I have always had black HDs' and always will.

Well, ya know what they say..."Once you go black you never go back"!

No, but seriously...at first I would have only bought a black or pewter/silver colored bike. Now after seeing that black/orange color scheme on the '08 Low Rider I'd be alot more open-minded if I were to ever buyanother bike! OK...I'll never be a baby blue or sunshine yellow bike owner (just my own personal preference), but I've seen alot of kick-*** color schemes other than black & pewter.

Is that the one with black scallops with orange strips that has to be one of the better looking paint schemes I've seen from HD.

I ordered a Pearl Black bike; after a month I was told that I either took the standard Vivid Black or I would have to wait for the 2008 models... Very pissed of course but had to take it. unny thing how human brain behaves..(at least mine); since now I wouldn't swap it for a Pearl Black even if they paid me...[:'(]
