Maybe not a new softail. But I definitely had a set of tc softail sideshots on a 2004 Superglide.

I have built a whole bike in the past under that category. It was expensive but it was fun doing.

Well to be honest I kinda like that except for a few changes. Like flat black and a chrome tip or something like that.. It looks like the CAT is inside?

The M8 is different engine then the TC. But the frame does not have much to do with it. Except for brackets and forward pegs and rear pegs. The softtail engine TC is the same engine in the dyna TC. The same with the M8. The motors are the same. How the exhaust connects to a frame is where you have to get creative.

Yes it has a cat where the head pipe merges together. I think all Harleys have a cat since 2010. Some before that.
