Is the cat inside? This is in Arizona so I don't know if they even have one. If they did it might not come out?

 

Required in all states. I don't know if it's in the muffler or header but it has to be cut out and welded back up.

 

Going to be a lot more involved than just a bracket. Can be done if you got a shop, the skills and materials to play with but there will be other issues to sort out like mid controls getting moved and maybe frame clearance issues.

 

The other thing I believe no one has mentioned is if you do get the head pipe to fit after all the cutting and bracket manufacturing now your heat shields don't fit. I think that's what the OP is looking at.

Does your bike still have the stock Tommygun exhaust? Not trying to rain on your parade. Just saving you a lot of heartache. I know from experience. I waste money on every new bike I buy trying new stuff,,,,including the one in my signature.

 

It's a harley, pretty much anything can be done if you want it enough. This **** ain't lego blocks

 

Don't worry it's all in good conversation. I have Samsom pipes. They sound ok but are lackluster in looks.

 

That's what I was thinking. And of course money lot's of it whenever you do custom. You guys are getting hit hard out there with rain. I am from the bay area. I miss the rides through I think 35 down to Santa Cruz.
