The side mount uses a U shaped bracked that fits snug around the swingarm then has a cap on the other side that has two allen bolts to hold to tighten it up. the website shows the partonly fits up to 05' models but it does fit up to current 08' models as well, there are a bunch of guys on the forums that have the same side mount.

The turn signal lenses fit all models with the stock bullet style turn signal housings. the stock chromebacking is removable and is seperate from the lens so you should not have a problem getting that painted or powdercoated.

 

Silverbullet2005 Did you just have to put the resisters on the wiring for the front signals or both signal sets? I,m in the process of doing all signals and brake lights now. Well if it warms up alittle F'in garage is cold. Thanks Smiley

When you install the front LED lights you will need to also install a load equalizer. (comes with the kit )
