Just wondering if any of you had pics of bars other than stock on an '07 FXDC Super glide custom? Just trying to get some ideas? Thanks...

I don't have pictures yet (so maybe I should just shut up) but, I too have a vivid black 07 FXDC. I recently put 7" rise Carlini Clean Sweeps on mine. I think they look really good and they are comfortable to me. I'm 6 feet with long arms. By the way, your bike looks great with the chrome you've added.

P.S. I was confusing your bike with another one which had a chrome lower belt guard, pulley cover, etc.
But your bike still looks great-and a lot like mine.

 

Hey ncfxdc, I'd really like a look at that if you can get a pic or two together. I'd also like to hear about any cabling things you learned in the process.

TurkeyRun, I'd like to have pictures of it myself. My bike "lives" about an hour from my house right now, so I only see it on weekends. But I will try to get some pictures for anyone who wants to see it. It wont be before next week. In your case we might could meet somewher if you really want to see it. I live in Durham and I see you are in Orange county.

I forgot to say that no cables or lines had to be replaced.

 

...got those things on mine too! Just put the lower chrome belt guard on a few days ago (took 5 mins).

BTW - Not to hijack the thread, I was parked at Harris Teeter at University Mall over the weekend. Only in there for a couple minutes. When I cam out, my security lights were flashing. The bike was in gear and I always put it in neutral when I park. Be careful, there are gremlins in this area.
