Default Turn signals

Hello all I have a 98 dyna fxd installed all led lamps and yes the turn signals won’t flash I have one each side 50w/6ohm resistors on each rear side they won’t blink come on but no blinking I put original bulbs back in they work SO Whats missing

A load equalizer.. LED usage draws no current.. Badlands makes a load equalizer... I have one on my 98 Fatboy..

Never went the resistors route but they do need to be in the proper place.. I believe they should be installed before the load or lights in the circuit.. Not 100% sure but there are threads around here somewhere explaining it...

Resistors should be doing the same function as an equalizer, they should be wired in parallel with the TS LED. There is probably a thread somewhere with a diagram, you're not the first to do this mod.

Still digging I removed the resistors and checked the ohms both at 61 ohms reinstalled in line pos wire and ground wire on each circuit They still don’t blink but put oem bulbs back in and works properly ???? I don’t get it

6 ohms would get you into the same ball park as a turn signal (25 watts or so). 61 Ohms only gets you about 2.5 watts, maybe not enough to fool the system.
