Thank you all so much for the info and wisdom. Much appreciated. I'll post back once all the maintenance and has been done.

What's the general consensus on Sputhe stabilizers? I haven't had any scary wobbles so far but it also doesn't feel like its totally locked in either. I just want to get this thing road ready and SAFE about all else. Knowing that I rode all the way home with a shock bolt sheered has really shown me how much the Lord is looking after me. Seems like a close call that could have ended badly imo.

That’s a weakness in that design. I always make sure preload is set firm enough to avoid bottoming out hard when you hit that 6” high bridge expansion joint.

I replaced mine with a Vibratechnics predator motor mount. Better than the sputhe IMO as the predator is more compact and doesn’t interfere if you want to use a crash bar/ highway peg or low mount oil cooler.

I have a Predator in front and factory mount with Sputhe stabilizer on the back. No complaints.
