battery brand

I too am a fan of Deka and other batteries from East Penn. Duracell is one.

I ride a Sportster. My first, original, battery lasted 4 years.
I replaced it with a 'Powersource' brand battery. That lasted twice as long and cost half as much as replacing with the original
brand would have cost.
When that died I replaced it with a Deka ETX. That was 3 years ago so I can't comment on how long it will last.
One difference is that my almost daily riding ended in 2009 due to family problems. That was when I began
using a tender.
