Default need help lowering a low rider

My cousin bought a low rider 2007 a few months ago. He is in need or the desire to slam it down or at least lower it a couple inches. I have donea search and only found 4 posts which was actually the same post that did not help. I know you guys know someone who has done this and how they did it. Thanks a lot in advance

Progressive 11 inch in the rear and lower the front end 2 inched with the progressive fork lowering kit. Heres a pic

you can also go to a smaller diameter rear tire which lowers it a bit and gives a little more tire-fender clearance with the lower shocks. stock is a 160/70/17. harley puts a 180/60/17 on the screamin' eagle dyna. you can go with a 170/60 or 55/17 without making any other mods.

i own a low rider ,i dont no why u would want to lower it its cornering is not a enough as is.
