It's all about RESPECT! Ya need advice and go to the Forum for help. Good idea, since a lot of experience is lurking here. HOWEVER, if ya don't like what someone comments, DEAL WITH IT! Do NOT be DISRESPECTFUL and use derogatory name calling like (and I quote) Hey man, no need to need to be a dick about it. That's a quick way to turn off a lot of members who will remember what you said.

 

Yeah, and then you get "You probably should’ve posted this thread BEFORE you bought the new motor" for a response...
