Default jumpy speedo?

I have noticed a few times when I'am at a red light my speedometer needle jumps up to about 10 to 20 mph mark ,like a pulse or flicker
and that's it..I'am wondering if somthing is going on? has anyone experienced this?
Thanks Eno

I haven't noticed mine doing that at a stand still. Mine jumps around when cruising or picking up speed. It acts just like it is getting stuck. I will have the dealer take a look at it in the near future.

That was the first thing I checked. It has done this since the day I bought it.

My 06 and 07 have done this. I think it is because they use a magnetic pickup
which can fluctuate with any engine surges etc.

Airborne, My 07 Dyna speedo is doing the same thing. Have you had it looked at yet? My bike is in for it's 1K service. I forgot to mention it to them.

I've noticed my '07 Bob has done this twice after I've turned of the engine. The ignition was still on, since I hadn't yet turned the key off. I just thought it was an electrical anomoly, since it has only happened twice in 6,000 miles. I'll check my battery cables tonight.
