Feels like every step I make forward I take 10 back. Managed to finish up the bars and wiring. Still not stoked how cluttered it is between the risers but all those wires and cables are needed so whatever. Had to put a load equalizer for the turn signals in, my air cleaner setup doesn’t clear the mikuni so gotta figure that out and had an issue with some bags I bought showing up damaged. Looks close but still a hundred things yet to do.

Had to modify the breather piping to fit the mikuni a little. Some ARP hardware for the controls, Chopped up the stock football air cleaner and now at least all that is done. Almost done, maybe fire it tomorrow and take a ride.

The air cleaner cover mod such a simple procedure and looks awesome. I did the same thing on my Electra Glide a few months ago.

About done with this one. Few small things left to do and a top to bottom detail and it’s spring riding time.

Looks great!

What’s the story on the bags? Did you end up getting them reconditioned?
