I use a leather tool bag on the front bottom of the frame. I do put my tool in a plastic bag inside the leather bag. I use a soft 10" bag inside the windshield area for glass and fill the air space behind headlight area. Keeps the air flow down some what.

Just picked this up over the weekend. Harley+Leather makes it expensive @ $45.00 but the nice thing is there is a zipper closure, then a velcro flap over that to keep crud out. Padded on the inside to keep things from clanging around and holds its shape real well.

Check out FoxCreek Leather.com I bought the small fork bag and mounted it below the headlight. Nice thick leather and reasonable prices. They have different sizes, mine was the small one measuring 10 inches long.
