Thanks for the photos of the two gaskets for the inner primary case towers. I've been looking all over and your picture helps me out a lot.

The reason for me requiring a pic or vid is because I bought a softail that had the primary pulled apart and all parts tossed into a box with no sort of labeling or bags. The bonus is that the bike was left outside under a tarp for almost 2 years. So enter me, a superbike rider, buying my first HD, a basket case of of ride. Attempting to reassembling this bike with just a Clymer sucks so I purchased the factory shop manual, but still, this can only go so far before one needs to find references for the minute details.....such as the two gaskets I mentioned previously.

Again, thanks.

What’s the condition of your front engine mount? I wonder if a saggy mount could lead to reduced space under the cam cover.

They seem ok, but I actually DO have new mounts and Sputhe stabilizers in a box, waiting to get installed. I’ll post an update when I get around to installing them and performing an alignment procedure, but the clearance issue is directly aft of ‘9o’clock’ on the cam cover / points cover. With some miles on the bike since the install, it seems to be a non-issue, but I still don’t like how tight it is.

Thanks for the comment.
