OEM lever? All the HD levers I've seen are flat/smooth on the sides facing the grip. Hard to fathom that much wear on your grip, unless the grips are beginning to deteriorate after 20 years. (They do this.)
Or, you're using "Kung Fu" grip on your clutch lever! Is your lever exceedingly loose in the perch at the pivot? Even this would be a tough sell, based on your pic tho.
