I replaced all the torx bolts with allen heads. Much easier to remove now.

Since when did anyone add oil through the Derby Cover ?????
For God's sake top up the oil (correctly) and take it back to the dealer for a solution.

Since 2006............. No inspection hole withself adjustingchain tensioner.
Since a long time. That's how the oil is added to the primary. Take off the derby cover, add oil, replace the cover.

Its also supposed to be standing up, not on jiffy stand when you put Primary oil in. Unlike engine oil. If you hadn't gotten them out I was thinking canned air or some thing to cool the bolt down shrinking it some what like a ball bearing. If mine had been like that I would of tried every ideas these guys gave. I own an impact driver that turns when hit, multiple easy outs. I've drilled out my fair share bolts and screws. I don't put never seize on mine or locktite. Just don't over torque them thats the worst thing you can do to any bolt, it makes them stretch. Just always check your bike out before any ride. I'm glade your fixed up.

while leaning on the ratchet that is holding the torx bit, give it some pretty substantial hits with a hammer, impact them loose. this or you might have to apply heat if some idiot has used red Loctite on them
