Strange piece possible from bike?
I just found this lying near my bike....under right side where the end of exhaust is, so it might fallen somewhere there
Here are the pictures.....
It seems to be broken at the end....does this belong to Dyna Street Bob 2014?

yes one of the spokes on rear tire broke.....can I buy one new?
It is strange it happened just when I came back from service....from this guy....and he said the front tire wobbles that I had to replace it....and it really does now, but before I went there I did not notice it.....also he took a ride with my bike after service.....
first I was thinking he just want to have more work....is that possible?
I found the spoke 2 days after service near my bike.....and front tire wobbles now for some reason...could he do something to bike?
He charged me 220 usd to change the fluid and change the rear exhaust holder.....

As others said, that's the part of the spoke that goes into the hub. They typically break when loose. Both your wheels need inspected, trued, and torqued before riding again. This is a cascading failure...one will lead to another, then another, until you wind up sliding across the pavement.
It is possible to DIY but isn't a job many people enjoy or have the patience and tools to complete properly.
Tool investment would be a truing jig, whether purchased bespoke or improvised, dial indicator, , spoke wrench, & wheel weights or dynamic balancing additive for balancing.
Single spokes can be purchased but I wouldn't personally be comfortable doing just one.
A set of spokes plus tools would set you back maybe $150-$400 depending on exactly what you buy.
I've never paid anybody to do it so I don't know the cost at a shop but I suspect it would be similar to the cost of parts and tools for a DIY fix.
