Mine fit the same exact way - they stayed on the bike all of two days before I got disgusted with the fit and the length they stuck out.Luckily they weren't that expensive......

Does anyone have a link or part # for the Kuryakyn FRONT turn signal relocation kit?

I have an 06' low rider and after reading about the HD part, I rather spend the extra few bucks and go with Kuryakyn.

The Kuryakyn 49mm mounts are #2287. You'll need a couple 5/16-24 x 3/4 button head screws as the mounts come with 5/16-18 screws for Silver Bullet lights.

When I put mine on I put a piece of closed-cell foam glazing tape between the bracket and the tree and trimmed it off flush to fill the gap and keep water and dirt out. The HD brackets look "better" when you use a fork bag. They make them that long so that the relocated lights stick out as far as when they were on the bars. Probably some safety engineer's wet dream.

Same here......kept mine on for about two weeks........Felt like I was riding on the back of a Hammer Head Shark! Ditched them for a set of the Kury's.

Wow, more helpful replies than I had ever imagined. I am determined to make the HD relocate kit work and look good. So the pics of the shortened stalks is what Im going for with my dremel. Thanks all!

I took my front turn signals and rotating them under the bend in handlebars. They tuck in real nice and look pretty decent. Did not like them hanging down from the straight down from the handlebars
