Just picked up this beauty yesterday. 1998 Harley Dyna Convertible...will be changing the forward pegs, but otherwise will be riding her as she sits. Just wanted to say hey..been awhile..

Nice bike! Nice avatar too... I knew HR a bit "back in the day," and have played on the same bill with them, many moons ago... In fact, an ancient band of mine has a couple of tracks on an old compilation which they were on as well...

Nice job. I bought the same bike, same color. Post what other improvements you do to yours please.

I put the Klockwerks 14 in shield on mine. A lot more drag but it's nice to hear the radio and not wear every bug on my face.
Vance and Hines 450 Titans, SE large air cleaner...SEPST tuned.
Ohlins shocks (13in). Jury's still out on that one.

I see no reason to do a Stage II or greater upgrade. SEPST has you roll on full throttle at 2500rpm in all gears. In 5th and 6th gear, full throttle from 2500rpm has you over 100mph in a blink of an eye.

Why is the jury out on the 13" Ohlins? The don't give you a better ride? Look bad? Sit too high?
