Voyager1... I saw a vivid black with a dark green ghost flames with a gold/silver flake, and from a distance you could'nt realy see depending on the light, but as you passed by and the light angle changed you could see something was done and it made you walkover to see. Funny how most everybody walked over to check it out.. ( some just to see what everybody else was looking at ) Very simple but very Cool.. No Emblems

 

When the motor was out for it's 103 upgrade, we painted the frame and all Dodge Electric Blue. By using a "stock" color, future matches/touchups are going to be easier. We also went with V-Rod emblems on the tank sides.

The black bike is a brothers bike a couple of years ago with the same tank emblems.....

got my stock tank badges off yesterday. heat did not work to well. it was the rubber stick on that was a beech even with goo gone and wd-40. worked 2 1/2 hours getting those suckers off. actually like you guys have said. looks real good with them off .

 

not 100% sure i trust this pinstripers/painter to get the fonts to look good on the tank.he owes me the paint work,like i said before. all i can do is let him try. when i decide i will take him a pic so he will know..still up in the air here what to get painted

i know i am beating this thread to death. like i said,one of my weak points is looking ahead before hand to know what something will look like.

if i had it my way he would give me my movey back.that seems to be a no go.

those are some cool paint jobs. wow !! this guy will be hand painting with a brush tho. don't think he could do those with a brush. kinda looking for just harley davidson with some small striping on the 2 sides of the tank.

kinda stuck in a hard place here,where he owes me paint work. just can't trust the painters ideas.i learned this the hard way when he put on the flames before. he was nasty when his paint came off in places. he blamed me. really ticked me off .he was like...what did you do ? power wash it ? i know better than that. giving you a picture of this guy. i have know him for years. seems to have the big head or something now tho. a real preek.

trust me,he has show cars and the paint he does for his self rocks. i am going to ride down and see him today,i wish i had a witness to go with me to hear the upcoming conversation. imayvery well go off and really tell him off.
