1 gallon of gasoline equals 3217 grams. 3217 / 6.2 = 518 seconds or 8 minutes and 38 seconds to drain 1 gallon of fuel at a theoretical 6.2 gps.

One of my vehicles does consume about 1.5 gallons per minute at WOT. It don't have two wheels though.

My daily driver averages 7.9 MPG but can get down below 1 MPG at WOT. It has more than 4 wheels, tho.

I go thru around $1k of fuel every week. Thankfully I don't have to pay for it.

 

Don't forget, you have two cylinders, so two injectors, but they aren't on all the time, so you have to deliver the required fuel in the required timeslot.

Once you get the timing figured out, 0.34 lb(154g)/hp/hr is a reasonable estimation.

 

hey bro how you doing? Wondering if you still like the pipe and if you had any issues with it. Did you compare it to other pipes on your bike. I love them and have one on hold for me in stock I’m just making sure I justify the almost 2g. I’m thinking of putting it in my dyna and I’m doing either that zippers 124 kit or zippers 113 kit.
