I ahve found the easiest way to get the brass seat mounting nut into positionwithout removing the rear wheel is to use fishing line to pull it up through the hole, and then use the plastic clip to secure it in place. Learned that trick here on the forum.

Remove the one that the solo bolted to and use it in theback ... Use the wire tie they gave you up throught the center of the nut and fish it up through the hole in the fender... Dont remove the tire... If ya have to,,,, unbolt the bottom shock bolts and jack the bike up the tire will stay on the ground and give you plenty of rooom... But you should be able to fish it through with out jacking up the bike or removeing the tire... This is stupid simple.. No Offence ment

RE: 2 UP SEAT INSTALLATION
Thanks for all the help , i figured it out , yes i had to use the old hardware from my solo seat and then use the hold down to put it into place for the rear , i even put on my rear passenger mounts and pegs , and now i notice that i'm a couple inches back from my highway pegs which are the adjustable ones set closest to me , but it feels okay !!

RE: 2 UP SEAT INSTALLATION
You have to fish hook that. I did that a few days ago when I got mine.
Get a 10 inch piece of rope that makes a tight fit in the copper piece, Put in down into the hole until you see the rope come out of the fender, then pull it up into the new hole and put the plastic holder in place.
Hope that helps.
