Default Question on 49T rear sprocket benefit

Hi guys. what is the benefit of going to a 49T rear sprocket. I know the benefits of going up teeth on sport bikes.

Same principles apply. With the same countershaft/front sprocket, Smaller rear equals less wheel torque and higher top speeds in any given gear. Larger rear is the opposite.

Another option would be to change the primary gearing to 883 spec with a 883 engine sprocket and chain, no speedo error that way, costs about $150 in parts IIRC,
