'14 Dyna Low Rider Exhaust Question
My son just picked up a '14 Dyna Low Rider.
His exhaust looks like this. I'm not sure if it's this exact one, but it looks like it and has the Screemin' Eagle stamp on it.
He took the baffle off the bike on the end by removing the bolts and taking off the cover and the concentric rings.
It rumbles a bit louder and it sounds fine when it runs, but I'm concerned about long term use without the baffle. Could this damage the engine somehow? Could it effect the tuning?

As long as it's not popping on deceleration too much he should be fine. Running without baffles typically creates a leaner running engine so if you find that it is popping a tuner would be in order. Check the plugs after time and see what color they are. If they are really white then again he should invest in a tuner.
I run with no baffles and use a Cobra FI2000 tuner. It's inexpensive ($215) and requires no attention once set (which is simple based on the instructions).
