Default Jiffy Stand Mods for Long Rear Shocks

I installed some 13.5" rear shocks on my street bob which is 1.5" longer than stock. The jiffy stand is too short and the bike leans WAY over. What is the best way to modify the jiffy stand? I was thinking about welding a block to the bottom of the jiffy stand where it contacts the ground, The Jiffy stand is not flat in that area but slightly curved/bent, so I would have to grind a block to follow the contour. Not a big deal but want to check if there is an easier way.

Maybe one of these things?

http://www.bungking.com/kickstand-lift-block/

I know some on the forum have used them and been happy. I'm sure other people make them as well. Or, you could get an FXDX stand from a dealer (or aftermarket), which were designed for 13.5" shocks. I'm under the impression they're "forward compatible" with newer bikes, but you should double-check that...

The lift block looks like it would do the trick. I could not find aftermarket that I liked, but will check out the FXDX stands.

I may have one you could have... I put a fresh black one on last year, and my original is probably somewhere in my garage... It's chrome, old, and may need some cleaning up aesthetically... But completely functional. If interested, I'll look for it tonight...

Take F86's offer and mod as I did. Just bend for more height.

I also added longer stainless toe tab and stainless BHCS's on the bottom for no more rust.
