Anyone know of a forum member who sells fabricated sportster tanks that can fit a Dyna????? Help a brother out! Thanks

Don't know anybody but isn't that going to cut your fuel capacity in half?

4.7--> 3.5 not half but less. Which is fine for me.

Was thinking the same thing. The Sportster tank on a bike with a bigger engine = more trips to the gas pump. I have seen Dyna/fat Bob style tanks for Sportster, that makes sense. OP, if you want a Sportster, get one don't think you need to keep a Dyna cause it is a "Big Bike"

C'mon guys, this is the "Dyna" section ... don't be like the "Touring" section


EDIT:
If the bike in his SIG would be the recipient, it doesn't look like a long distance bike so I don't think he's overly concerned about having less Capacity.

Why what?... why would I want to customize my bike the way I think looks cool and like?? Your question should be why not !

I would think finding a body shop that can do it shouldn’t be that hard, it really is just a couple of tabes....
any custom bike shop that does fab work should be able to help you.
