I have a Mustang "original one piece" seat that I find very comfortable. It came on he bike, so I can't compare the seating position, but I'm not that tall (5'8" w. 30" inseam) and it works for me.

 

Look for a "Reach" seat. They will move you forward and are usually lower as well.

 

Saddlemen Explorer gel seat. I have one on my Low Rider and love it. Big improvement over the stock seat, put me maybe a little closer to the bars. I am 5'9", and it fits me almost perfect. Big improvement for the passenger also.
