All you need is black triple trees and then the black bars would look right.

So I think in order to pull off black bars on that particular bike----Powder coat the trees black, Remove rear fender strut covers-leave them off or powder them black. Rear shocks black too.

The headlight visor done in black as well and make sure the wires and cables are the right length. The second photo you posted up top really shows how choked things look up front.
