Dyna Wheel Questions
#11
So I grew a spine and tackled what ended up being a super simple job. I had to dress the rough spot with a file to knock down some heavy burrs. Started off with an 80 grit foam block deal, but it sucked due to how much give it had. Switched to 180 paper on a real block, then 400 dry, 400 wet, 800 wet, and 2000 wet. The whole process was maybe an hour. If I wanted to polish them and run them as is, I would've spent a little more time on them, but the plan is to powdercoat them, so they're going to get blasted and roughed up anyway.
1. Dressed with file and 80 grit
2. 180 grit
3. 400 grit
4. 2000 wet
