Ha! But seriously, it's not that difficult, provided you have the right combination of jacks... Maybe other people do it differently, but I used a Sears jack to lift the bike enough to be solidly vertical, and then a scissor jack under the transmission case to support weight of the engine/tranny. You can play with that jack until there is no load on the four bolts through the rear mount, and they'll come out easily. At that point, the mount just drops out. Of course, you'll have to remove anything in the way, which is different on different bikes. Exhaust? Rear m/c? So forth...
