Default Dyna Fat Bob

I have a Dyna Fat Bob 08 customized. I have to short legs and want my pegs n controls much more towards me. Is there any way to fix that?

Can also go with straight mid controls...sometimes you can trade for your forwards...

The fxdf 2008 fatbob dont have the possibillities to change the footpeg n control-distance that much towards you. Right now I can only shift gear n break with the tip of my toes. Thats not a very comfortable ride. They are originally mounted that far ahead on the fxdf 08.
Theres no kit that can get as far as 10-15cm towards me, I've looked into it. I really want to ride this bike with much more comfort.
So I guess I have to get my hands on a used Street Bob chaincase with a hole through, where it is originally on them. Where the controls goes through the case much more comfortable to me. Is there anyone that might have a used one like this?

I went with an EMD primary cover and Knight Design footpeg mounts on my 08 Fat Bob. I'll have to check my parts shed and see if I have a take-off mid-controls primary or not.

Yes! That is exactly like that I must have. It's very unfortunate I can't fix this in an easier way thou, like you can on many other Harleys. Or Im just too short xD 166cm.
So, is this parts that you actually can buy in stock?

You are not too short; I have a 166cm brother who can ride my 08 Fat Bob with mids no problem. I'll double check part numbers when I get home; I converted mine from forward controls after my first long trip on it...
I see quite a few inner primaries on eBay from $65USD and up; peg mounts are easy to get, too.

I am doing the swap from forward controls to mid on my 09 fat bob. I purchased a used inner and outer primary case for mid controls, the peg mounts, brake rod and pedal , shifter and linkage used on ebay and painted them myself. While in the primary I swapped to a 30t pulley, upgraded pulley nut, S&S bearing race, SE compensator, Baker manual adjuster, HD clutch spring. Its not cheap but I did save money buying used and painting myself.

I am waiting on the SE compensator , S&S bearing race. They will be here end of next week. Then I can continue.

Ok, I have to ask? Why did you buy this bike if the controls were to far away for you? You did test ride it before you bought right?
