180 Rear tire and Hogrida Laylo on Low Rider
#21
FWIW, regarding the comments on 180 fitting the stock 4.5" wide rim
The Scorcher 31 (the one installed above) is 1 of the 3 180 tires recommended (unless more have been added) for use on the 4.5" Rim ... Pirelli Night Dragon and Dunlop GT502 being the others.
Other 180 tires usually aren't recommend for use on the "Narrow" 4.5" rim

Thanks for the feedback! Rework of factory pulley was just for your personal preference, or were those mods necessary?

I sleeved the holes to .440" along with the ARP bolts with true .4375" shoulders to take up all excessive play.
Longer bolts were used to ensure the shoulder extended into the sprocket counter bores so there was no threads exposed to create a stress riser.
I also safety wired the sprocket and both rotors.

The HD bolts have .389" shoulders and the sprocket bolt holes measured approximately .020" over .4375" (7/16"). That's .0685" play from the factory.....waaay too much.
