Just wondering what a fair asking price is for a 2005 Dyna Super Glide woth 6000 miles would be ... i was looking around $7500. Is that a fair price ....

 

It's worth exactly what somebody will pay for it.

 

Bone stock? Is anything done to it? Is it candy apple red or baby diarrhea brown? Is it on fire? Has it been sitting for years on dry-rotted tires and old fuel? Details, and maybe pictures, are your friend. For an 05? I wouldn't pay more than what the mileage is. You can buy much newer bikes for that kind of money.

 

I know a feller with a Blue 2005 Super Glide with 9 thousand miles. He keeps getting $6000 offers. Its for sale, but he wont let it go for that. 6 grand may be the magic number.

2005 Super Glide isnt a bad bike, but it is Carbureted etc. Guys always call that out when the feller is trying to sell, they say "its Carbureted" like that's a bad thing. if it wasnt for the Govt. Harleys wou;d still be carbureted...
